Can I add customizations or additional features to the tracker specifically for my practice?

Once you purchase the tracker, it is yours for good! You will make a copy of the template in Google Sheets which will transfer ownership to you and the sheet will live in your Google Drive. There is no deadline to view the tutorial videos so you can take your time working through them and setting up your tracker. However, I recommend doing it right away so you can get this tracker working for you ASAP!!  

How long will I have access to the tracker and tutorial videos?

No prior experience with Google Sheets required! The spreadsheet tracker has been created so the formulas do the heavy lifting. You will also receive step-by-step tutorials that walk you through everything you will need to know to set up and utilize your billing tracker.

Do I need to be proficient in Google Sheets?

Yes, as long as you have a Google Workspace (previously GSuite) account. There are a few easy steps to sign a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) with Google to protect all your client's PHI in this spreadsheet. Don't worry, instructions on how to do so will be provided!

Is the Insurance Billing Tracker HIPAA compliant?
